The User’s request for deletion of data provided in the registration form causes that the User may not be able to continue using the Service and this information will be provided.
The User has the right to access its personal data, demand its correction, supplementation or deletion, demand limitation of the processing of its personal data, object to the processing of its personal data, transfer the personal data and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

mybus.app informs that it entrusts personal data to external personal data processing entities, mainly to Carriers and Passengers as well as payment operators and a company providing professional hosting services, in compliance with all security requirements. Personal data are not transferred to third countries.
Information collection and use
mybus.app enables the transfer and storage of personal data in the Application. mybus.app is not the initiator of the personal data transfer, does not select the recipient of the personal data transfer, does not select and does not modify the information contained in the transfer. mybus.app does not modify the personal data, except for cases when they violate the Terms and Conditions or generally applicable law.
Mybus.app collects information concerning the use of the Application by the Users and their IP addresses on the basis of analysis of access logs. Collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as supporting material used to manage the Website. The Users' personal data is stored on secure external servers. The servers are selected with the maximum accuracy and analysis of the securities used in them. Both mybus.app and the hosting partner apply the highest level of safety through technical and organizational securities. The IT system is protected against threats coming from the network by means of measures enabling control of the information flow between the system and the public network as well as the control of activities initiated from the public network and the system. The SSL certificate was used for the purpose of encryption of the data flow.
Remember that despite all efforts from the website of mybus.app, the security of your data mostly depends on you as well. Do not give your login and password to the Application account to anyone.
